Terms of use
Version of October 27, 2026.
These terms of use (the “terms”) are an agreement between you and us for playing Lulu Land, on this website or anywhere else it is offered. Before your first game, the game asks you to accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.
These terms are available in English and French. Ces conditions sont offertes en anglais et en français.
1. Who we are
Lulu Land is a game by Giant Tree Games (Nadiia Malovana), Montréal, Québec, Canada (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@gianttree.net.
2. Who can play
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- If you are under 14 in Québec, or under the age at which you can agree to online services on your own where you live (for example 16 in some European countries), a parent or guardian must read and accept these terms with you.
- If you are a minor, your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of the game.
3. The game
- Lulu Land is free to play in a web browser. The free version may show ads.
- The game changes over time: we may add, change or remove content, features and events.
- Features marked “coming soon” do not exist yet. They may change or may never be released.
4. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Lulu Land for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless the law expressly allows it, you may not:
- copy, sell, rent, distribute or host the game or any part of it elsewhere;
- decompile, disassemble or try to extract the game’s source code;
- use bots, scripts or exploits that harm the game, our systems or other people;
- get around security measures or access our systems without permission;
- use the game to break any law or anyone else’s rights.
5. Your saved games
- Your games are saved in your browser on your device. We do not keep them on our servers.
- Clearing browser data, private browsing or storage limits can delete your games. Safari may remove data from websites you have not opened for a while.
- Export a backup (Phone › Settings › Saves). We cannot recover a game lost from your device.
6. In-game money and items
In-game money (shown as $), items and collections have no real-world value. They cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for real money. They are part of your licence and are not your property. We may adjust them to keep the game balanced.
7. Playing kindly
In names, messages and anything you write in the game: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual or illegal content, impersonation, or personal information (yours or anyone else’s). If we add ways to play with other people, these rules apply there too, and we may remove content or limit access for players who break them.
8. Your ideas
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve our games with no obligation to you. Please do not send us anything you want to keep confidential.
9. Ads
The free version shows ads from third parties such as Google. We do not choose each ad and do not endorse the products advertised. Anything you do with an advertiser is between you and them. Our privacy policy explains cookies and your choices.
10. Purchases
There is nothing to buy in the game at the moment. An ad-free option may be offered later. If it is, its price and terms will be shown to you before any purchase, and you keep all your legal rights, including cancellation rights.
11. What belongs to us, and what you can share
- The game, its code, art, music, characters, text and the names Lulu Land and Giant Tree Games belong to us or our licensors.
- You may share screenshots, videos and live streams of your games, including on monetised channels, and make non-commercial fan works, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you or use our logos as if they were yours.
12. Third-party services
The game and website use services from other companies (for example hosting, statistics and ads). Links to other websites are there for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
13. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
14. Health and safety
Take regular breaks. Do not play while walking, driving or doing anything that needs your attention. A small number of people may have seizures triggered by flashing lights or patterns; if you or a relative have epilepsy, talk to a doctor before playing. Stop playing if you feel unwell.
15. Availability and ending the service
We do our best to keep the game working, but it may be interrupted, contain errors or change. We may pause or end the game or any feature. You can stop playing at any time and delete your games from the main menu. We may end your access if you seriously break these terms.
16. Warranties
To the extent the law allows, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or rights you have under a law that cannot be waived, including Québec’s Consumer Protection Act and Civil Code.
17. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for games lost from your device, or for lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or CA$50. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, including to bodily or moral injury, or to harm caused by intentional or gross fault.
18. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when the game changes or the law requires it. For an important change, we will tell you in the game or on the website at least 30 days before it takes effect, showing the new version and the date it starts. If you refuse the change, you can stop playing and end this agreement at no cost. The game will ask you to accept the new version.
19. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
- If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live and may go to the courts there. No mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver applies to you.
- Please write to us first: most problems can be solved by email.
20. General
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer this agreement as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business; this does not reduce your consumer rights. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the game. If the English and French versions differ, you may rely on the one more favourable to you.
