Ads and cookies

The free version shows Google AdSense ads on this website. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. In the EU, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent before personalised ads. There are no ads during the game itself.

Statistics

Statistics are off until you agree. You can change your choice at any time with Statistics settings at the bottom of every page. When you play Lulu Land on another site (such as itch.io or CrazyGames), the game asks you itself and you can change your choice in Phone › Settings. If you are under 14, ask a parent before saying yes. We keep statistics for 24 months and only look at totals.

News by email

We send news only to people who sign up and tick the box to agree. Every email says who it is from, gives our contact details and has an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by writing to support@gianttree.net. We stop within 10 business days at most. We keep your address until you unsubscribe, then delete it. When we send news, an email-sending service may receive your address only to deliver our emails. If you are under 14, ask a parent before signing up.

Information kept outside Québec

Our providers (Cloudflare, Supabase, Google) may store or process information outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States. We use well-known providers that protect information by contract and security measures, and we keep the information to a minimum.

Retention and security

We keep statistics for 24 months, news-list addresses until you unsubscribe, and emails for as long as needed to reply to you, at most two years. We use encrypted connections, limited access and security rules on our database. We keep a register of privacy incidents and, if an incident creates a risk of serious harm, we notify Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information and the people affected.

Children

Lulu Land is for players aged 13 and older. In Québec, players under 14 need a parent’s or guardian’s consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, and, depending on where you live, get a copy of it or object to its use. Write to support@gianttree.net; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the data protection authority where you live. You can delete your saved games at any time from the game’s main menu.

Legal basis (Europe and UK)

Statistics, personalised ads and news emails: your consent. Security and delivering the website: our legitimate interest. The game itself: performing the terms of use.

Changes
